Volleyball Federation of Russia (VFV) has appointed player of the Dinamo Moscow and national team of Russia Natalya Safronova monthlygrant at a rate of $ 30 thousand, told VFV member of the presidium, in charge of women’s volleyball, Vladislav Fadeev.
Safronova fell unconscious on the training of Dinamo 3 December 2009. Doctors diagnosed a congenital vascular disease of the brain. In January, Safronova was taken to a clinic in Cologne, where she was treated before the end of June, after which the athlete has returned to Moscow.
According to Fadeev, the decision to appoint a scholarship of Safronova was taken on the executive committee of the federation in early August. The first scholarship volleyball player will receive in September.
“Natasha is a little better, she tries to walk, talk.’s Friends do not abandon it. Katya Gamova and the other girls always visit her. We are all team doctors, the federation is constantly by her side, too,” – said Fadeev.
